The Rochester Hispanic Business Association celebrated its annual luncheon and business expo on October 18, 2007 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
During this luncheon RHBA presented the 2007 Hispanic Business Person of the Year award to Juan Contreras, owner of Empanada Stop.
