Dr. Emeterio “Pete” Otero, Executive Dean of Monroe Community College Damon Campus, received the 2012 Circulo Latino Community Leadership Award from the United Way of Greater Rochester for his community service and leadership.
The ceremony took place Wednesday September 19th, during the 30th Anniversary Dinner of the Latino Leadership Development Program (LLDP).
