Kelly Tovar Mullany, an RHBA member and President of Working Art Media, received the 2013 Volunteer of the Year Award presented by the Ibero American Action League.
Kelly led her expertise to the design of the agency’s new website. Kelly was a member of the RHBA Board of Directors until September.
