Hiram Hernandez, Sr., RHBA new chair of the board of directors, was interviewed by WXXI radio. He shared his vision for the association and also talked about the process of starting a business, what people should know and the challenges new owners face. RHBA vice-chair, Grace Tillinghast, was also part of the dialogue.
Hiram is CEO of First Capital Payments and Grace is the owner of The Battery; both of them have been in business for many years. As small business owners, they discussed topics requested by the host and also addressed questions posed by callers to the station.
