RHBA board member Grace Tillinghast was reelected vice chair of the Board of Trustees at Monroe Community College. She was first appointed by the Monroe County Legislature by unanimous vote in 2009 and re-appointed –again by unanimous vote- two years ago.In 2013, Grace was named New York State Woman of Distinction, and she received the NYS Community Colleges Leadership Award.
