About 25 RHBA members learned more about D&C Digital at the Spring Networking held on May 4 at the D&C’s prominent location on the corner of Clinton and Main streets in downtown Rochester.
The D&C recently celebrated its one year anniversary there, after moving from the corner of Broad and Exchange. The networking event was held in the First Amendment room.
Karen Magnuson, editor and vice president/news, spoke to the RHBA members about the focus and direction of the news coverage. She also answered a variety of questions.
RHBA members received a tour of both the newsroom and digital studio, where a variety of interviews and programs are produced for DemocratandChronicle.com. Attendees also had time to network and enjoy delicious tapas. A drawing was held for D&C sweatshirts and mugs.
