The membership approved the slate of officers who will govern the association from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021. Grace Tillinghast was re-elected chair. The other members of the board are Fernan Cepero (secretary), Lisa Martinez DeVinney (treasurer), Sergio Esteban, Eugenio Marlin (vice chair), Luis Ormaechea, Orlando Rivera and Vilma Burgos Torres.
