RHBA member, Alfred Burgos, of Burgos Income Tax, was featured on WHEC during the 50th Anniversary of the Puerto Rican Festival in Rochester NY. Burgos has attended the festival every year for the last fifty years!
From its small and humble beginnings, the Puerto Rican Festival has always been about celebrating Puerto Rican culture, music, and unity within the community.
“It’s just on a different scale now,” Burgos said. “Everything’s a little grander. It was a small scale festival.”
