Ibero is looking to purchase fifteen parcels from the city of Rochester.
“Right now, the space that we will utilize is open space. We are taking about a massive development which we will name ‘Pueblo Nuevo’ and change that section of the city”, said Eugenio Marlin, executive director of Ibero’s Development Corporation.
The project calls for 104 units: single family homes, duplexes and triplexes. Ibero is one of our corporate members, and Mr. Marlin is RHBA’s vice chair of the board. City council has to vote to approve the sale.
