Following a yearly tradition that started about twenty years ago, RHBA awards scholarships to Hispanic students who are college bound. This year’s recipients are:
Noel Omar Nieves, who graduates from Eastridge High School and will attend SUNY Brockport to study Computer Science.
Stephanie Romero, who attended Webster Schroeder High School and plans to major in psychology at Ohio State University.
