RHBA member and former vice chair of the Board, Luis Martinez, was the keynote speaker for the Reagan Day Celebration at the Burgundy Basin Inn on February 27th, 2020. The topic of his speech was “What Makes America Exceptional: An Immigrant’s Perspective”.
