Arline Santiago, RHBA member and 2018 Hispanic Business Person of the Year, has been named the third co-chair of the Commission on Racial and Structural Equality. The commission was launched by Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren and County Executive Adam Bello to develop legislation and policies aimed at addressing inequality and systemic racism.
Arline Santiago is currently the Vice president and Legal Counsel at ESL Credit Union.
