Working with his nominator, Rosa Martinez, we pulled off an epic surprise this Wednesday at the Ibero Community Resource Center, where he currently works as the Marketing Director at Poder 97.1 FM.
Among his many accomplishments, Victor has also significantly and positively impacted the Rochester community as the owner of the Avalon Roc event venue. We look forward to celebrating Victor at our annual luncheon on September 20, 2022, at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center and hope you can join us!
