Grace Tillinghast, RHBA vice chair of the board, has been re-elected vice chair of the Board of Trustees of Monroe Community College at the their August meeting. The Monroe County Legislature appointed her to the board in 2009, and reappointed her for a term to expire in 2020. Randy Phillips Apodaca, a longtime member of RHBA, passed away this week. Randy worked for El Mensajero Catolico, the Spanish-language version of the Catholic Courier, the newspaper of the Diocese of Rochester.
