Raul Salinas has 7 years of finance experience across investment banking, trading, treasury, and venture capital at firms Morgan Stanley, Toyota Financial Services, and the venture capital firm Excell Partners. He has an MBA from the Simon School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Logic and Computation from Carnegie Mellon University. He served in the Mayor’s Office in Rochester, NY for over a year prior to his current role as Director of Strategic Business Development within the City of Rochester’s Neighborhood and Business Development Department.
