Pablo Biggs is the General Manager of the Affordable Care Act (“ACA” or “Obamacare”) Compliance group at HB Solutions LLC.
HB Solutions LLC is a consulting subsidiary of the law firm of Harris Beach PLLC. It was established to provide non-legal consulting services to organizations and individuals in the private and public sectors across numerous industries.
Pablo will speak to the members about issues related to the ACA and his work with HB Solutions. Many of our members own or work for entities that fall below the threshold for compliance with certain provisions of the ACA. However, many of our members are impacted directly or indirectly by the ACA.
