Sandra Chevalier Blackman is Chief Executive Officer of Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School. Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School is a K-12 Charter School that offers bilingual services to students in the Rochester area. EMHCS is the longest standing charter school in Rochester, New York. Boasting an excellent graduation rate, Graduation Pathways such as Seal of Biliteracy and Seal of Civic Readiness and cultural centered curriculum and practices, EMHCS is helping to build the next generation of Hispanic leaders in our region.
