There was a special groundbreaking in downtown Rochester on Thursday.
Alta Vista at St. Joseph’s Park will provide safe and affordable housing.
“This is the beginning of something that’s even greater. We’re going to keep going. We’re going to keep developing housing,” said Eugenio Marlin, Ibero-American Development Corporation. This is no slouch project here. This project is going to be an example of what we can do with multifamily structures in our communities.”
Alta Vista will include 76 apartments and space for public events.
