Orlando is the CEO of RocOn Property Management, LLC.
RocOn Property Management, LLC offers a complete list of services for investment properties for investors at all levels. This includes researching properties to purchase, analyze the deals, assist throughout the purchase process, and offer property management services after closing for properties in the Monroe County area.
What are you currently most excited about when it comes to your organization?
The ability to encourage and push current and future investors to help develop their portfolio and achieve their real estate goals.
Why did you become a member of the RHBA and why should someone consider joining?
I want to ensure the community sees themselves in the various industries represented in RHBA. Everyone should have access to connect with people that aid their personal and professional goals. Someone should consider joining because of the networking and the ability to connect with the community. We never know who we can be an influence on and change their lives forever.
Orlando was named RHBA’s Hispanic Business Person of the Year in 2019.
