January 2026 Business Lunch – Beatriz LeBron

This month, the RHBA is bringing Beatriz LeBron to speak on the timely topic of Synthetic Drugs in the Workplace: What Employers Need to Know. This session will help employers understand the growing concern around synthetic drug use (such as K2 or Spice) and how it can impact employee health, safety, and workplace performance. Attendees will gain practical insight into recognizing risks and responding appropriately within their businesses.

Beatriz LeBron is a dedicated Commissioner on the Rochester City School District (RCSD) Board of Education, known for her advocacy for disadvantaged families, having experienced hardship herself as a young mother and working substitute teacher in the district, serving since her 2018 appointment and subsequent election, also holding roles like Monroe County Democratic Party Treasurer and Executive Director of The Father Tracy Advocacy Center, focusing on community support and resources.
