Kristy is an Athena Award 2023 finalist and has been nominated for the 2023 Women of Excellence of Rochester NY.
As the Founder of IntegrateXpress, Kristy Gonzalez professional experience and education has focused on business operations, accounting, leadership, and compliance, skillsets she has utilized to contribute to her communities and encourage the advancement of others.
An experienced Accounting Consultant born and raised in Miami, Florida, she has benefited from unique opportunities to work with a variety of cultural backgrounds, management styles, and industries over the last 15 years. This experience has inspired a talent for effectively communicating across barriers,
finding new approaches, and out-of-the-box problem solving, while further fueling a passion for business analytics, financial reporting, and analyzing metrics for success to ultimately spark creative innovation within organizations.
Kristy strives to be a role model for others, especially Latina girls. In her personal time, she actively seeks out opportunities to advocate for her communities, often using her professional skillset to do so. As a board member of the Small Business Council, and member of the DEI Subcommittee of Penfield School
District, she has helped build a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in local schools, and supported mentoring programs for LatinX community members. Kristy has also organized bilingual workshops to increase accounting literacy among up-and-coming Hispanic entrepreneurs.
