As every year, since 2000, the Rochester Hispanic Business Association is awarding two scholarships to Hispanic High School students who are college-bound. RHBA has not been able to offer the activities we have been used to every year: monthly lunches, networking events, and the selection and celebration of the 2020 HBPOY.
